We took a break

We decided to take a break from camping this weekend and focus our attention on the yard, our dogs (that desperately needed a bath)and well swimming. Breken is my little fish. He's the first one in the pool and the last one out. he's an excellent swimmer with his little puddle jumper ( it's a life jacket/arm floaties that buckles in the back, I love this thing) he must have went up and down the slide at least 100 times.

We had some friends come over on Saturday and we swam and BBQ some hotdogs. It was a good time. A nice weekend to catch up.

Salina Weekend

We went camping up at Salina Ranch this weekend with Lee's Brother, his wife, and their 4 cute little girls. We had a blast, riding the 4 wheelers, playing in the tree house, singing songs around the campfire, and making pet rocks. I keep my little tent trailer stocked with craft supplies just in case.

We had a good time, until Sunday that is. We got rained in and could not get out. The roads were a muddy mess. We barley made it out with our truck in 4 low. Lee's Dad had to tow his brother's mini van out. The van was so muddy they had to stop at the nearest car wash and dismount the tires to clean it well enough to drive home. We all made it home safe and sound just a little dirty and later than expected. Needless to say, our trailer is still in Salina. So it looks like we'll be camping up there again next weekend. What an adventure!

Breken 2010-2011

Every year for father's day I make a book of Breken and everything that happened that year. Here is this year's book. I hope everybody enjoyed their father's day weekend!

Birthday Camping Trip

So for my birthday this last weekend we finally got to take the trailer out and go camping. We went with our good friends, the stanley's, and let me tell you, we had the time of our life! We went on a really cool hike, Breken finally got to learn how to pee outside, we splashed and played in puddles, and of course roasted marshmallows and had smores. I hope everybody had a great weekend. I am off to pack for our camping trip to Salina this weekend, we can't wait!

This Picture needs an explanation. Breken has the worst running nose in the world which results in a chapped nose.

So his solution was to put a Band-Aid on.

LEE'S GRADUATION!!

Friday night was Lee's Pinning ceremony. We are so happy that Grandma and Grandpa Hamilton could make it. It was a really neat experience. On Saturday Lee graduated!!!! I couldn't be more proud. He should be able to take the NCLEX in August. He's been doing his capstone in the ER and completely loves it! He hopes to land a job in the ER where he currently is. Then it's off to Grad School. The application process has begun. We can soon close this chapter of our life and leap right into the next. Thank to everyone for all of your love and support! We couldn't have done it without you!

Casey's Graduation

Last week my baby brother graduated from Riverton High School! Congratulations Casey! I took Breken to the graduation, he did ok, we took a dvd player so he could watch a movie. Once we was fed up with that, we spent the rest of the time playing tag outside.

Now it's of to the University of Utah for Casey, after their 2 week trip to Europe. Lucky Dog!
